Dan has spent his career at the intersection of healthcare and talent acquisition, with experience that spans the full recruiting lifecycle. In 2026 alone, he has personally led recruiting efforts resulting in more than 65 provider placements — and counting — across urgent care and outpatient healthcare organizations, including gastroenterology, breast imaging, and other specialty care settings.
His approach combines hands-on recruiting expertise with practical systems and processes that help growing healthcare organizations attract talent and build stronger recruiting capabilities.
Before founding Provider Talent Solutions, Dan developed a firsthand understanding of what makes healthcare hiring uniquely challenging: the pace, the provider scarcity, the geographic complexity, and the operational demands that most generalist recruiters are simply not equipped to navigate.
More than 30 years of experience in talent acquisition has allowed us to build a broad network of experienced recruiting and talent professionals who can be brought in to support client needs as they arise. This gives us the flexibility to scale support, add specialized expertise, and provide additional recruiting capacity without the overhead of a traditional staffing model.
